Trip Rules & Participant Terms

Special T Travels hosted trips are group travel experiences. Every traveller has a responsibility to contribute to a safe and respectful environment. Travellers agree to: - treat other travellers, hosts, suppliers and local communities respectfully; - comply with applicable laws; - follow reasonable safety instructions; - arrive at designated meeting points at the communicated times; - respect accommodations and other property; - take responsibility for passports, visas and personal documentation; - take responsibility for personal belongings; - provide accurate information reasonably requested as part of the application and booking process; and - advise Special T Travels of relevant dietary, accessibility or other requirements requested as part of trip planning. Harassment, threats, violence, serious intoxication that creates a safety or disruption issue, illegal activity, dangerous conduct, or behaviour that materially interferes with the trip or other participants may result in removal from the trip. A traveller removed because of their conduct is responsible for any resulting accommodation, transportation, flight or other costs. Payments already made are not automatically refundable. Special T Travels cannot guarantee compatibility among group members or that every traveller will participate in every activity. Travellers remain free to choose whether to participate in optional activities, subject to any logistical requirements of the trip.
