Booking & Payment Terms

Applications There is no charge to apply for a hosted trip. Submitting an application does not reserve a place and does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance Special T Travels reviews applications before accepting travellers. If accepted, the traveller will be notified and the required deposit will become due. Securing Your Place A place is secured only when the required deposit has been received by Special T Travels. Acceptance of an application without receipt of the required deposit does not create a confirmed booking. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable, except when: - Special T Travels cancels the entire hosted trip; or - a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid by the final payment date specified for the trip. Failure to pay the full balance by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and release of the traveller's place. Payments already made will remain subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payment Plans Payment plans may be available by arrangement with Special T Travels. Payment plans are not automatically generated by the traveller. The payment amounts and dates will be agreed upon with Special T Travels. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a payment plan does not extend the trip's final payment deadline. Payment Processing Electronic payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Special T Travels does not need to receive or store the traveller's complete credit-card number when payment information is processed directly by the payment provider.
